Monday, April 25, 2016
A meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held this date in the Meeting Room, Town Hall, Northeast Harbor, Maine.
Those present included: Chairman John Macauley; Matt Hart, Dennis Shubert; Town Manager Durlin Lunt. Selectman Martha Dudman and Tom Richardson, excused.
I. Call to order at 5:30 p.m.
Chairman Macauley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
II. Executive Session
A. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6) (A) Discussion of Personnel Issues
MOTION: At 5:31 p.m., Selectman Hart moved, seconded by Selectman Shubert, to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6) (A) Discussion of Personnel Issues. The vote was unanimous in favor, 3-0.
MOTION: At 6:26 p.m. Selectman Shubert moved, seconded by Selectman Hart, to close the Executive Session. The vote was unanimous in favor, 3-0.
III. Post Executive Session
No action taken.
IV. New Business
- Such other business as may be legally conducted
None presented.
V. Adjournment
MOTION: At 6:27 p.m., Selectman Shubert moved, seconded by Selectman Hart, to adjourn the meeting. The vote was in favor, 3-0.
